Training content development
S2 partners with organizations around the world to create training content that is delivered online, in the classroom, or using blended strategies that incorporate both online and classroom delivery. Our courses are instruction ally sound and incorporate a balanced blend of practice, feedback, interactivity, and assessment. Course media can include narration, photos, animation, or video.
Form development, data collection, data analysis
We create complex forms that can be used to collect data that informs any process. Examples include user profiles, gap analyses, and assessments. Useful reports are generated automatically. Our learning portals are used to control access to the forms. Data collected via the forms can be used to control resources and create dynamic learning pathways.
Customized learning portals
We host customizable learning portals that can be used to host, deliver, manage, and track a variety of training resources, including SCORM and xAPI-compliant courses, videos, and documentation. Learning events can be programmed and triggered automatically. Access to resources is organized and branded for delivery to multiple clients.d.
Performance and safety consulting
S2 works with clients to develop and implement performance-based initiatives that improve productivity and safety. Our consultants have designed implementations for industries ranging from manufacturing to retail. These initiatives use S2 technologies to collect and analyze performance data, deliver feedback, provide support, and train remedial skills.

Good eLearning is every bit as effective as good classroom instruction. Bad classroom instruction is not as effective as good eLearning. Different training formats are sometimes better suited to a particular subject. But, you can’t simply say that one training format is better than another.
